Today is the start of Knit Unto Others, Carole and Margene's knit-a-long. It gives us a time to remember others in the frenzy leading up to Christmas. I actually started charity knitting right before Halloween, because the Ship Project deadline was Nov. 7. Right now I'm working on a baby blanket for my church, which gives them to various Crisis Pregnancy centers. After that....?
There are so many people that need help, and so many worthy charities, it's overwhelming. I mostly knit for the two above, and Dulaan. And since I live in Houston, it's fun for me to make warm, wooly things!
I'm off to finish the blanket, so I can start something simple to knit at my daughter's hockey game tonight. Happy Knitting!

Happy Halloween
This blog has just been created. I have no idea what I'm doing, so we'll see how it goes. Right now, I have to go finish my knitted hat for the Ships Project.
(And maybe see if there is any candy left!)
